We are starting to see some Data reporting for today on the dashboard now and will expect that to continue to do so going forward. If you don't see any data for today at this moment in time please allow some time for this to pull through.

We're still working on getting the missing data from the 6th-8th back-filled into the dashboard and we hope to have that in by the end of the day today.

We are investigating an issue where revenue for this morning (7th May) has been inflated. We are working to identify this and correct with a likely fix time of 10:00 8th May.

08/05/2025 09:08 UPDATE -

The current incident is causing very high value bids to be activated on the network. These bids are not genuine and because they are so high it's skewing the revenue and cpm numbers in the PROP dashboard. This has been happening since 10pm UTC on Tuesday.

08/05/2025 10:46 UPDATE -

We think this is an issue from Pubmatic, a large partner, and we don't believe this is limited to just us. We have paused all Pubmatic demand across all connections and we're working to get the data backup in PROP. This may take a little time but we'll keep you updated.

08/05/2025 15:40 UPDATE -

We expect reports to be back up for data prior to 6th shortly. The underlying issue has been fixed by removing Pubmatic demand from our stack so daily reports will resume from tomorrow.

We now believe that a bad advertisement for NowTV was the issue and we're working to cleanse the data we have for 6th-8th May.

Unfortunately this has touched every dataset we have as to our systems it appeared to be a genuine campaign. We are working as fast as we can to get some clarity on the affected days.
